Ask the Trainer: How can I do cardio without hating it?

We’re told that aerobic exercise is good for our health, but being out of breath, killing ourselves through a monotonous workout does not sound fun to most of us. Also, what if we hate running? In truth, there are tons of different options for cardiovascular training, which when done right are invigorating and for everyone. And yes, very good for our health!
