				Awareness Through Movement: Feldenkrais Method
Ingrid Willenz-Isaacs will guide gentle movements that increase ease and improve range and efficiency of functions such as reaching, turning, sitting, and walking. Participation reduces pain and stress, and leads to new options for enjoyment and self care. Most lessons take place on a mat on the floor.
