Introduction to Heartfulness Meditation - Week One

Week one of a six week Heartfulness Meditation program series.

In this session, led by a certified instructor, participants will learn relaxation techniques and begin their meditation journey using the Heartfulness approach. Learn about its core principles and the role of yogic transmission in meditation. Time for reflection and questions will follow practice. 

Adults and teens ages 15 and up. Registration for each session requested.

Series Sessions: 

From Restlessness to Stillness - Week two: January 17th. 

Cleaning the Mind - Week three: January 24th.

Anger Detox - Week four: January 31st

Fear Detox - Week five: February 7th

Living Heartfully - Week six: February 14th.
